I really enjoyed the help from the staff during the stay. From the moment that we stepped into the Park Inn we were thoroughly looked after. The easy walk around the Hotel with the Mall and other restaurants really made the stay accessible. The rooms were absolutely superb and stocked and cleaned daily. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and everything worked. The Spa services were also very excellent and of good price for such a short stay. They stay open until midnight which made it so relaxing before bed. Breakfast buffet as part of the stay was very helpful and I felt we really had a good choice of foods for breakfast and the restaurant was so wonderful to help us out to know which dishes were locally sourced. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would stay again

The breakfast was superb. I like the selection. Kudos to the one who cooked the egg especially her omelette is very delicious. Though she was busy, she still managed to deliver it to each guest's table.

The location was awesome , for the convention I was attending next door. Very clean. Staff very hospitable and kind. Service was outstanding - front desk to breakfast buffet. Oh the breakfast buffet was second to none. My wife and I enjoyed wonderful meals evermorning. If fact we had two friends come join us as walk inns

10 points for both check-in and check-out with Celina. Though, she’s alone during check-in but she managed it. 10 points also for the person(Security) who assisted us with our luggage to our room. I also met Ace from reception, he was accommodating. At breakfast, staffs were nice and interactive, please keep it up. During departure, I called for luggage assistance but nobody came after 10mins. Then I realized maybe luggage assistance for departure is not applicable. Which was the down side. 😔 Though Kerve helped us putting our luggages to our car. Overall everything’s okay. The hotel’s beside the mall. Room was well lit and maintained. Handicap friendly.

The room is amazing, homey and clean. Also the staff were all friendly and accomodating. Shout to Marren who helped us got the room earlier than expected. My daughter and I were staying the night for the concert. I explained our situation and he made it happen. Big thank you Marren! Truly appreciate what you did

We booked this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint - it is less than a min away walk from the entrance of SM City Clark where there are endless options for dining. The hotel is also situated less than a 20 min drive from Clark Airport. Service was amazing as they were able to help us check in earlier and the bed was very comfy.

Surprised at the size of the room even though I had to pay extra for the premium package. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had area knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely book a room there again.

The members of the hotel staff with whom I interacted were all very friendly and courteous. In particular, I'd like to commend Paul and Louise from the front desk; they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I asked if I could check in earlier, and they came through - even called to tell me I have a room already. There wasn't a large selection of food at the breakfast buffet, but that's okay. Everything I tried was to my liking. The assigned staff was also very attentive. The hotel's location is its primary selling point. The SM Clark mall is just across, and there are many options for transportation in the area.

Staff were great and very accommodating, facilities were clean, and breakfast buffet was decent. The TV having majority of the information: phone numbers, menu, facilities - was pretty cool. TV channels were great too and wifi was really reliable - was able to play some online games during my stay. Damn that aircon is powerful too. Hahaha, had to turn it down a bit cause it got quite cold.
